This was out first custom spec home from the ground up our team built. This slab on grade home featured 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, inflow heating, master walk in closet with ensuite bathroom with custom tile shower. This spec home was built in the town of Little Current located on Manitoulin Island.
