Meet True North Homes
Jordan Stephens and Braeden Macaluso both grew up and went to high school in Manitoulin Island, but their paths didn’t cross until later in life. Jordan hired Braeden when he took on his first renovation project in Espanola, ON. Jordan’s background in real estate and Braeden’s construction expertise led to a successful first venture, and their partnership was born!
They started working on more projects as a team, including three renovations and two new build projects. They launched True North Builders to pursue their passion for building and renovation in their hometown of Manitoulin Island and Espanola, where it all began.
Jordan has a wealth of experience in the real estate industry. He has owned several investment properties, and overseen home renovations and new construction projects. Thanks to his loyal clients, he has earned many sales awards.
Braeden began working in construction when he was just 16. He has since been involved in over 30 new build projects and multifamily builds. His diverse construction background, along with his creativity and attention to detail, has led to many successful renovation projects over the years.
